It's a wonderful place to live and it would be well worth the money.

Its nice, just come back early enough if you want to part by your building.

We really like our apartment and the surrounding neighborhood is great. We feel safe and a part of the community. We are on a direct bus line for school and that is a big help. What makes Charlestown special is the management staff. Everyone has treated us respectfully, and they have gone the extra mile to make sure we are taken care of, especially during the last year when times were very difficult. The community is very well maintained and clean. Problems are taken care of in a timely manner and the maintenance staff is very respectful. I have spoken with several people who are in different living communities and there is a definite difference with Charlestown being the best. Stephanie Scott is an exceptional community manager, and her staff is wonderful.

I love love love Carmen, Eyob, Stephanie, Tony, and Downey! Everyone is really sweet! If there was anythign that I would change is for the apts to be a lil more updated! Coming from new construction these townhomes are really outdated! but whenever there is a porblem someone is always quick and to the rescue! My family is happy here! So really nothing else really matters!!
